The Tufnol range of synthetic resin-bonded fabrics are made using impregnated layers of woven cloth with a bespoke resin system. Many layers are stacked and heated under high pressure to produce a laminated material to the required thickness. This process can be adapted to accommodate a wide range of sizes and synthetic resin-bonded fabric products.
