Tufnol’s Sales Admin. Assistant – Courtney Williams, sat down with us for the latest in our ‘Day in the Life’ series,to talk about what she typically gets up to on a day-to-day basis working at Tufnol, and the things she enjoys most about her job:
What does your job involve?
All the sales admin tasks, processing orders/sending customers acknowledgements. Providing quotations to customers for standard products (sheets/tubes etc…) and answering daily customer queries.
What do you most like about your job?
I like learning new things and learning about all of the different industries we supply to.
What are your roles & responsibilities?
My main roles centre around ensuring customer RFQ’s are fulfilled and responded to in a timely manner, ensuring the quality policy is adhered to and making sure information & orders are input correctly onto the ERP system correctly.
